Review by hotel critic
Located in a charming area, Lo Scrigno di Lara is a hidden gem that struck the perfect balance between luxury and value during my recent visit. The warm welcome from Lara herself set the tone for the stay, as her hospitality was genuine and attentive. The apartment I stayed in was thoughtfully equipped with essentials like tea, coffee, and free toiletries, ensuring comfort from the get-go. I appreciated having access to cooking facilities, including cookware and utensils, which allowed me to prepare meals at my leisure. This thoughtful provision not only enhanced my experience but also saved on dining costs. One of the standout features was the serene garden, completely enclosed for my two dogs, which made our stay more enjoyable and stress-free. For pet owners, this is a significant plus. The location was ideal for exploring local heritage, and with free Wi-Fi in public areas, I stayed connected and informed about historical sites to visit. Lo Scrigno di Lara offers a well-rounded experience for those seeking tranquility without compromising comfort.
